DAVIS, Calif. - Women fans of the UC Davis football team can learn what the Aggies are experiencing as they get ready for the upcoming 2013 season thanks to the always popular Aggie Women's Huddle scheduled this year for Aug. 23 at Aggie Stadium.
The two-hour interactive evening begins at 6:30 p.m. and the cost is just $45 which includes a commemorative t-shirt.
Led by the UC Davis football players and coaching staff, participants will move around Jim Sochor Field from station to station, engaging in blocking, passing, catching and kicking drills. The players and coaches will demonstrate and teach the skills they use on a daily basis as they get set for each exciting opponent on the schedule.
The Aggie Women's Huddle has become a highly anticipated part of the preseason each year and a great and fun opportunity for fans to meet and interact with the team.
More information, including a registration form, is available on the enclosed flyer. Questions can also be directed to Tom Coolidge of the UC Davis Athletics Development Office at (530) 754-7548 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
