UC Davis student-athletes and coaches found ways to give back to the community, honored by the University's Community Service Resource Center for their part in contributing more than 100,000 hours to helping those in need through various projects.
DAVIS, Calif. - Thanks to its impressive outing last weekend vs. San Diego, a 2016 NCAA playoff team that advanced to the second round, UC Davis earned a spot on STATS FCS' national poll when the latest rankings were unveiled on Monday. In that listing, UC Davis received votes.
This marks the first time that the Aggies earned a spot this national poll during the season.
UC Davis' next opponent is a Portland State team that also received votes in the same poll, and will host its first game of the season on Saturday. Kickoff at Providence Park will take place at 2 p.m.
In addition to a nationally televised broadcast on Eleven Sports — check your cable/satellite listings to find this brand-new sports network — Scott Marsh and Doug Kelly will broadcast the action live, from Portland, on KHTK 1140 AM and on TuneIn's UC Davis Aggies Sports Network.
