UC Davis student-athletes and coaches found ways to give back to the community, honored by the University's Community Service Resource Center for their part in contributing more than 100,000 hours to helping those in need through various projects.
DAVIS, Calif. - The UC Davis Coaches Show will return Wednesday night when this week’s episode airs live from 3rd and U at 7 p.m. Joining head coach Dan Hawkins this week is Assistant Head Coach Mark Speckman (running backs).
3rd and U is located on 223 3rd Street in Downtown Davis; parking is available on University Avenue, A, 2nd and 4th streets due to street construction taking place outside the restaurant.
In addition to a Facebook Live stream on UC Davis Athletics’ Facebook page, football fans have the option to hear this week’s show on KSAC 105.5 FM. Saturday’s game at Northern Arizona and strategies coaches use to keep their teams engaged throughout a bye week are a couple of topics Coach Hawkins and Coach Speckman will discuss throughout the evening with host Doug Kelly.
The second half of UC Davis’ 2017 schedule will begin on Saturday when the Aggies face No. 22/RV Northern Arizona inside the Walkup Skydome. Action in Flagstaff, Arizona will start at 4 p.m.
