2014-15: Played in six tournament, posting scores at par or better four times... Finished with a 74.5 scoring average... Saw action in three tournamentws during the fall, capping the first half of the season with a T-6th showing at Cal's Alister MacKenzie Invitational... Was 3 under after shooting season-best 68s in each of the first two rounds... Finished T-41st while playing as an individual at Sacramento State Intercollegiate.
2013-14: Appeared in 14 rounds for the season, averaging 74.14 strokes... Enjoyed his lowest round of 70 in the Big West Championship, finishing 9th overall... Had two top-10 finishes for the season.
ST. IGNATIUS COLLEGE PREP `12: Advanced to 2011 CIF State Championship as an individual, tying for eighth overall... Helped team to a sixth place finish at the CIF/NCGA Boys NorCal Golf Championship with a 73, tying for eighth place... Individual medalist at 4th Annual San Diego Junior Amateur as well as at the Northern California Junior Tour Championship in 2010... Tied for eighth place at Cal State junior Amateur in 2011.
PERSONAL: Born in San Mateo, Calif... Parents are Steve and Tomoko Noya... Majoring in communication.. Says many people don't know that he is half Italian and half Japanese... Hopes to someday win a professional golf tournament.
