IRVINE, Calif. - UC Davis junior Austin Graham, selected on Monday to the NCAA Division I Men's Golf West Regional, and sophomore Tyler Raber, winner of the Stockton Sports Commission Pacific Invitational during the fall, received All-Big West Conference recognition on Tuesday afternoon.

Graham, from San Clemente, was named to the All-Big West first team for the second straight season after earning second-team honors as a freshman while Raber, from Davis, was named honorable mention.

Graham earned his honor after posting a half-dozen top-10 performances including third-place finishes in the Aggies' first two tournaments of the season at Washington State and Michigan State. He currently carries a No. 92 national ranking and will participate as an individual at next week's NCAA West Regional at Bremerton, Wash.

Raber earned his first All-Big West recognition after finishing second on the team in stroke average at 74.1. He had four top-20 placings, highlighting his season with a thrilling four-shot win at the Pacific Invitational in which he shot a school-record 63 in the second round. He had a 64 in the first, posting a school-record 199 for 54 holes.

John Chin, who led UC Irvine to the Big West Conference Championship, was named the Golfer of the Year for the third straight time while Paul Smolinksi was tabbed Coach of the Year for the seventh year. Pace Johnson of Cal Poly was voted Freshman of the Year.
