2014: ALL-BIG WEST CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM... NCAA POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD WINNER... CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT 8 TEAM... Started all 20 matches for the Aggies, appearing in a team-high 2,014 minutes... Contributed to a UC Davis defense that led the Big West in fewest goals allowed (16) and goals against average (0.70)... Finished with three shots -- including a pair against Saint Mary's on Sept. 28... Big West Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 20 after helping the Aggies shutout UC Santa Barbara... Also named to the NSCAA Scholar All-West Region team and the Big West All-Academic Team... Named the winner of the W.P. Lindley Award honoring UC Davis' Most Outstanding Scholar-Athlete.

2013: SECOND TEAM ALL-BIG WEST CONFERENCE... Appeared in 18 of the team's 21 matches, making 17 starts... Finished with a single shot in five different matches, putting two on frame against Cal State Fullerton (Oct. 11) and Sacramento State (Oct. 26)... Ranked fourth on the team with 1,578 minutes played... Selected UC Davis' Big West Scholar-Athlete of the Year and was a Big West All-Academic Team honoree.

2012: THIRD TEAM NSCAA ALL-FAR WEST REGION... CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT 8 TEAM along with teammate Mustafa Chopan... Started all 21 games and played a team-high 1,968 minutes on the Aggies' back line... Scored his first career goal on Oct. 20 in a 3-1 win over rival Sacramento State... Tallied an assist in a 2-2 draw with San Francisco on Sept. 6... Took a season-high two shots in the Big West Tournament title game against Cal State Northridge on Nov. 10... Took eight total shots with three on goal... Scored one goal and posted one assist for three total points... Helped the Aggies record six shutouts and go 3-0-1 against top-25 opponents.

2011: One of just two players to start all 19 games, playing all but 30 minutes on the field as a true freshman defender... Played all 110 minutes on four separate occasions and played over 90 minutes in 11 different games... Assisted on game-winning goal in 1-0 victory at Cal Poly (10/5)... Took five shots on the year, including two against Cal State Fullerton on Nov. 2.

CORONA DEL MAR HS '11: Four-year starter in soccer and three-year starter in baseball, earning Pacific Coast League Athlete of the Year accolades in 2011 for his accomplishments in both sports... Capped senior season with second consecutive selection to ESPN Rise Winter All-America second team... Also recognized as a junior in 2010... Two-time all-state, all-county, all-CIF Southern Section and all-Pacific Coast League first team selection, earning honors as a junior and a senior... Named CIF Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 and helped lead team to CIF Division 4 championship as well as CIF Southern California Division II Regional Soccer Championship... Chosen as PCL Co-Defensive Player of the Year in 2009, his first year on the team, and was an All-CIF second team selection... Played club ball for Slammers FC for eight years and was Coast Soccer League Premier Champion as well as Surf College Cup Premier Flight Champion.

PERSONAL: Parents Dan and Dory Ford both graduated from UC Davis... Brother Michael attended Santa Clara... Majoring in neurobiology, physiology and behavior.
