2011-12: Finished with a 3-12 record in dual singles matches as the primary No. 6 player... Lone Big West singles win came against UC Riverside, leading to a 1-4 league record... Went a combined 9-11 in doubles play with various partners, including a 5-6 record with Josh Albert at the No. 2 position... Also paired with Chris Aria for a 4-3 record at No. 3 doubles... Big West Conference Spring All-Academic selection.

2010-11: Finished with a 2-11 record in dual singles matches as the primary No. 6 player, competing as a true freshman... Dropped one singles match during fall competition... Won two doubles matches at the No. 2 position with partner Kyle Miller... Finished with a combined 2-9 record in doubles play with multiple partners.

MENLO ATHERTON HS '10: Was undefeated in singles competition in 2009 and 2010 at the No. 1 position... Also played some matches at the No. 2 position in 2009... Named Most Valuable Player on his team in 2009 and 2010... Was the Central Coast Section Individual Tournament champion in 2010.

PERSONAL: Born in Palo Alto, Calif.... Majoring in economics... Parents are Alicia and Thomas Haley... Also played basketball in high school... Lists Rafael Nadal as his sports hero.
