STOCKTON, Calif. - No.1 seed Greg Lee captured both of his singles matches on Saturday to advanced to the A Flight singles final, highlighting the Aggies play on the second day at the Pacific Invitational.
Lee began his day with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Saint Mary's Thomas Burgemeister and then defeted Pacific's Niclas Otte, 6-0, 6-4 in the semifinals. Lee is set to face Pacific's Vincent Kubler in Sunday morning's final.
Lee and Paul Dilloway also reached the finals of the A Flight Doubles draw, which will be played Sunday afternoon.
Dilloway captured both of his consolation singles matches on Saturday to advanced to Sunday's consolation A Flight finals, where he will face Mason Fuller of San Francisco.
Nikolai Novikov and Eric Holmes both captured wins in the C Flight consolation singles draw and will compete in semifinal matches on Sunday.
Play concludes at the Pacific Inviational on Sunday.
