DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis men's tennis coach Daryl Lee will not have his coaching contract renewed when it expires on June 30, it was announced on Wednesday by Nona Richardson, interim director of athletics.
Lee posted a 146-206 overall record in his 19 seasons with the Aggies while going 5-20 in the Big West Conference since the Aggies moved to NCAA Div. I in 2007.
"We're grateful to Daryl for the time and effort he has put into the men's tennis program and wish him well," Richardson said.
Richardson said a national search for a new head coach will begin soon.
