2002: INDOOR ALL-AMERICAN, placing 7th (1:52.76) in 800 at nationals... Hit NCAA automatic-qualifying standards with school-record 1:50.58 at Husky Invitational... Ran 800 portion of first-ever Aggie indoor distance medley team that put up 10:03.99 at Husky Invite... Redshirted outdoor season.

2001: OUTDOOR ALL-AMERICAN, placing 4th in 800 (1:51.83 in prelims)... CCAA CHAMPION in 800 (1:49.89)... Won Cal/Nevada State Championships with school-record 1:48.69... Surpassed Steve Gerhart?s 16-year-old mark of 1:49.44.

2000: Finished 12th in 800 at NCAA Championships (1:55.61)... Sidelined during CCAA Championships, but likely would have defended 800 title... Posted PR 1:49.93 at Drummond Invite, just missing NCAA automatic-qualifying standards... Runner-up at state meet (1:50.50).

1999: CCAA CHAMPION in 800 meters at 1:51.75... Also part of CCAA CHAMPION 4x400 relay (3:15.49)... Won 800 (season-best 1:51.29) at state meet... Competed indoors, enjoying season-best 2:02.00 at Cosby Invitational... Part of 4x400 team that set indoor school record of 3:17.15 at Holiday Inn Classic.

NORTH MONTEREY COUNTY HS ?98: Lettered in track and cross country, leading team to Monterey Bay League titles all four years... All-league in track every year... Central Coast Section champion in 800 as a senior... Holds school records in 800 (1:53.2) and 1,600 (4:21)... Record-setting 800 time won 3rd place at state meet... State meet qualifier as a junior.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 16, 1980 in Santa Cruz, Calif.... History major... Real name is Cuauhtemoc Trujillo, but goes by Temo... Oldest of four, siblings are Israel (18), Enoch (12) and Jovita (8)...Hopes to become a school principal... Would amend his sport by allowing dance music to be played while the athletes compete.
