Vowell (first team), Richardson (second team), Bates (All-Freshman) honored by conference

2011: Played in 32 games for 320 minutes... Finished T3rd on team with 26 assists... Scored 10 goals with 8 steals and 6 field blocks... Scored first career hat trick with 3 assists vs. Occidental (9/25)... Added another 3-assist performance vs. Fresno Pacific later that day.

2010: Totaled 214 minutes in 25 games played... Scored 7 goals with 5 assists, 3 steals and 6 drawn kickouts... Hit 3 of 5 on 6-on-5 chances... Scored season-high 2 goals vs. Fresno Pacific (9/10) and Occidental (9/11).

2009: Appeared in 30 games for 344 minutes... Tallied 8 goals and 6 assists offensively, 12 steals and 7 drawn exclusions (12 majors, 5 five-meter) on defense... Lone multi-goal game came against Redlands (9/13) at Inland Empire Classic... Also hit Bulldogs for 2 assists and 2 steals in that game.

2008: Redshirted.

JESUIT HS '08: Helped both swimming and water polo teams capture back-to-back Sac-Joaquin Section titles... Voted Most Improved in water polo as a junior, won Coaches' Award as a senior... Played club ball for Sacramento Water Polo, earning opportunity to train in Hungary in 2007.

PERSONAL: Born in Roseville, Calif.... Majoring in organizational studies... Parents are Ken & Maureen Vowell, whom he lists as non-sports heroes... Career highlight was winning consecutive section titles at Jesuit HS.
