HEAD COACH STEVE DOTEN:

"I've been very happy with our defense, with the scores we've been allowing. I think we're making some good strides. If we can keep the scores down, we'll be in every game. We'll work on our offense, which tends to come around a little later in the season. I think we can get some of those things figured out on offense."

"I want to see the team stay true to the cornerstone of our defensive philosophy, plus build confidence and familiarity with each other on offense. Our passing and spacing need to be a little bit better. Our guys need to be more confident with their shots. There are times when I think we're a little too passive. We have a lot of young guys who are in the new position of having to score the ball."

"These four games are all from our conference, so they're all very important to me. They will provide more reps and more opportunities to work on some things."
