Assistant Coach

2nd year

One of the wrestling program's all-time greats, Jeremiah Jarvis enters his second year as an assistant on the Aggie coaching staff.

Jarvis achieved two major firsts in his UC Davis career. In 2003, he became the first Aggie to claim a Pacific-10 Conference title, after finishing as runner-up at the 2002 conference tournament. Then as a senior in 2004, Jarvis became the first wrestler in school history to qualify three times for the NCAA Division I meet.

Competing almost exclusively at the 157-pound weight class, Jarvis finished his career ranked among the program's top five in victories (72), dual wins (35), wins by fall (24) and winning percentage (.621). Additionally, his eight pins during the 2003 season rank third in the school's Division I-era record book.

Jarvis graduated from UC Davis in 2004 with a degree in religious studies. He is currently working on his master's degree in exercise biology.
