Aggies Hold Off 49ers in Thriller for Third Straight Win

Sydnee Fipps scores career-high 29 points

2012-13 2012-13 BIG WEST CONFERENCE ALL-FRESHMAN... Appeared in 27 games, all off the bench as a true freshman... Made her UC Davis debut on Nov. 9 against Pepperdine, logging 16 minutes with two points and an assist... Played double-digit minutes in all but one of her appearances... Scored a career high 16 points on Jan. 24 against Cal State Fullerton, shooting 6-9 from the field and 3-6 from beyond the arc... Finished second on the Aggies with 51 assists and third in steals with 48... Took 68 three-point shots, good for third on the team in attempts... Placed second on the team in turnovers for players who logged at least 15 minutes per game.

PERRIS HS '12: McDonald's High School All-America honorable mention who averaged 19.8 points and 7.3 assists per game in her senior season... Repeated as Sunbelt League MVP after also earning the honor as a sophomore in 2010 and was an All-CIF Southern Section first team selection... Averaged 17.5 points, 4.7 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 3.6 steals per game during her junior season, leading the Panthers to a second-place finish in the Sunbelt League... Earned first-team all-league accolades... Tallied 20-plus points in 12 games that year with a season-high 28 against Blair HS... Named Sunbelt League MVP as a sophomore in 2010 after averaging 17.1 points and 2.8 assists per game to lead Perris HS to a conference championship.
