Former Occidental letterwinner Britinee Yasukochi became the Aggies' first director of women's basketball operations in 2011-12. In assuming the new position, she assists the coaching staff in administrative capacities such as film breakdown and exchange, camps and clinics, team travel, and alumni/community relations. She begins her second year in the role in 2012-13.

Yasukochi most recently served as an administrative assistant for Long Beach State women's basketball, aiding the 49er director of operations during the summer of 2011. She previously coached one season at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. Additionally, the Oceanside, Calif. native has served on camp staffs at Occidental, Stanford, San Francisco and numerous clubs.

A 2010 Oxy graduate, Yasukochi totaled 391 assists and 137 points during her four-year playing career. As a senior, she ranked among the national Division III leaders in assists per game (5.2) and assist-turnover ratio (1.67), helping the Tigers to a 21-6 record. Yasukochi graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics.
