2016-17: ALL-BIG WEST CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM... BIG WEST ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... One of four players to appear in all 33 games and one of two to start every contest... Finished second on the team in scoring at 11.2 ppg and led the team in rebounding at 5.8 rpg, shooting 46 percent from the floor and 38 percent from beyond the arc... Ended the year ranked 15th in the league in rebounding, while standing ninth in field goal percentage, eighth in three-point percentage, eighth in three-point field goals made, and eighth in defensive rebounds... Named Big West Player of the Week on Feb. 27 after helping the Aggies to road wins at Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara... Led the team with three double-doubles on the year against Portland (20 points, 12 rebounds), San Francisco (11 points, 12 rebounds), and Hawai'i (20 points, 10 rebounds)... Finished with double digits in 20 of the team's 33 games, including a season-high 25 points in a win vs. Cal Poly on Feb. 22... The 12 rebounds against Portland were a career high -- a mark she later matched at San Francisco... Set a career high with eight assists at UC Irvine on Jan. 5.
2015-16: BIG WEST CONFERENCE HONORABLE MENTION... BIG WEST ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... Appeared in all 32 games for the Aggies, making 31 starts... Ranked 12th in the league, and third on the team, in scoring at 11.5 points per game... Ended the year No. 15 in the Big West in rebounding (5.2 rpg), while standing among the top 10 in field goal percentage (9th - .454); three-point percentage (3rd - .380); three-pointers per game (6th - 1.9 per game); and minutes played (9th - 30.3 mpg)... Reached double figures in 20 of her 32 games -- including a run of nine straight games -- setting a career-high with 26 points in an overtime win at Saint Mary's on Dec. 3, hitting 9-of-18 from the field, including seven three-pointers (the latter just one shy of the school single-game record)... Also posted a 20-point game at home against Cal State Fullerton on Feb. 13... Logged her first career double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds at UC Santa Barbara on Jan. 21... Added a second double-double with 11 points and a career-high 11 rebounds at Long Beach State on March 3... Her 60 three-pointers made are tied for eighth on the school's all-time single-season list, while the 158 attempts are 10th on that single-season list... Her 367 points rank 10th on the Division I single-season list, her 60 three's are tied for fifth, her 158 attempts are sixth, her 166 assists are tied for ninth.
2014-15: Appeared in all 31 games off the bench for the Aggies during her freshman season... Averaged 3.3 points and 1.9 rebounds per game, shooting .444 from the field, .364 from beyond the arc, and .545 from the line, while averaging just under 10 minutes per game... Scored a career-high 11 points in only her second Division I contest at Sacramento State on Nov. 18, hitting 5-of-7 from the floor in 13 minutes... Also grabbed a career-high five rebounds in that game against the Hornets, later matching the mark against Menlo College on Jan. 3... Set career highs in assists against UC Irvine (March 10) and steals against Cal Poly (Feb. 26).
ROSEBURG HS '14: Played her final two prep seasons with the Indians after spending her freshman and sophomore years at Riddle HS... Three-time all-state selection in basketball, including first-team honors as a freshman and sophomore and second-team laurels as a senior... Earned Oregon Class 6A Special District 1 all-league honors as a senior after helping the Indians to the second round of the state playoffs... two-time league MVP for the Irish at Riddle HS, breaking the Oregon state record for scoring as a freshman with 696 points (ranking seventh all-time in a single season at the time), shattering the previous mark of 515 points set by Trisha Stevens, who eventually went on to play at Stanford, in 1984... Averaged 24.9 points and 13.0 rebounds per game as a freshman while shooting 40 percent of her three-pointers... Went on to average 23.0 ppg as a sophomore... three-time all-league first-team selection in volleyball as a middle blocker.
PERSONAL: Born in Roseburg, Ore... Parents are David and Tapaita... has three siblings: Melino, Moana, and Mario... Majoring in biological sciences... Four-time member of the honor roll... Among her relatives is Haloti Ngata, a five-time Pro Bowler (2009-13) on the defensive line, who played seasons with the NFL's Baltimore Ravens before being traded to the Detroit Lions in 2015... Competed for the AAU Northwest Blazers, helping the team to the championship at the 2013 End of the Trail Tournament and earning all-tournament honors.
