2008-09: Saw limited action after opening season with 14-point effort off the bench at Southern Utah and then following with 10 points at Denver... Was 5 for 8 from the field at Southern Utah, playing 21 minutes... Also had season-best 6 rebounds in the game... Missed six games in late December and January due to foot injury... Averaged 6.5 ppg during weekend trip to UC Irvine (2/12) and Cal State Fullerton (2/14) for her best outings in league season... Played 14 minutes at Irvine for most action in league season... Made her last seven shots over final seven games of the season.

2007-08: Redshirted.

EL CAMINO HS '07: Named to Sacramento Bee All-Metro first team as a junior and senior... Ranked 3rd in Sac-Joaquin Section in scoring (18.6 ppg), 4th in rebounds (10.6 rpg)... Selected to Cal-Hi Sports Division III All-State second team in 2006, then made first team in 2007... Captured All-Capital Athletic League honors both years, including a league MVP nod as a senior... Team went 53-10 during her final two years, capturing a CIF-SJS title in 2006... Also earned All-CAL distinction in volleyball as a middle blocker... National Honor Society member... Played club ball for Southern California-based Cal Sparks from 2004-06.

PERSONAL: Born in Turlock, Calif.... Has yet to declare a major... Parents are Greg & Leslie Peterson... Proudest personal accomplishment was helping ECHS to its Sac-Joaquin Section title.
