The 2012-13 women's basketball season officially tips off on Friday, Nov. 9 when UC Davis hosts Pepperdine at The Pavilion at 7 p.m.

As the countdown continues, get to know your 2012-13 Aggie women's basketball team with a preview video on each player leading up to tip off against the Waves on Nov. 9.

The women's basketball team will break down the upcoming season as they prepare for 2012-13 in preseason practice and an exhibition game against Redlands at 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 1. The free exhibition game is part of a doubleheader with the UC Davis men's team.

In the first player preview video, freshmen Molly Greubel and Celia Marfone discuss their transition to college life and the Orange County connection permeating the Aggies this year.
