UC Davis returns to action after a week's break for final exams and travel to Moraga to face Saint Mary's on Saturday.

Last season, the Aggies overcame an early 11-0 deficit with a 24-12 run to take a lead they would not give up en route to a 71-62 win at The Pavilion.

Gross was a Kodak All-American honorable mention point guard for the Aggies during her senior season in 1997-98... Prior to her appointment as head coach, she was an assistant at San Diego State before returning to her alma mater in 2004.
Paul Thomas is in his sixth season with Saint Mary's and took the Gaels to their second-straight postseason appearance in 2010-11... Last year Saint Mary's notched a 19-win season and advanced to the West Coast Conference tournament championship game, its first since the 2000-01 season... In 2009-10, Thomas led the Gaels to 21 wins, the most since the 2000-01 season, a second-place finish in the West Coast Conference and an appearance in the WNIT.
