The Aggies will begin their run at the America East Conference Championship on Nov. 2 against No. 21 Albany at 1 p.m. (ET).


Aggies will close regular season at No. 18 Stanford

UC Davis will face No. 18 Stanford in its last regular season game this Saturday at 6 p.m.

The Aggies will travel locally to face California on Friday at 6 p.m. and Pacific on Sunday at 2 p.m.

2017: Appeared in 17 games, tying a career-high 17 starts… Recorded a defensive save against No. 5 Syracuse on Aug. 28, then another just four days later against No. 20 Harvard, ranking her tied for fifth in the America East Conference and tied for fourth in school history with four career defensive saves… Logged her first goal of the season against Providence (9/17), before forcing overtime against Temple on Oct. 8, thanks to her seventh career goal… Recorded the Aggies’ lone goal against Pacific on Oct. 15… Capped off the season with a career-high six points to rank her tied for second on the team, along with a career-high three goals and 15 shots on goal.

2016: ALL-AMERICA EAST ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL... AMERICA EAST WEST DIVISION ALL-CONFERENCE... Started all but one of her 18 games played... Both of her shots taken at Ohio (9/2), including her first goal of the season, were on goal... That goal was a game-winner... Second goal scored as a junior took place vs. LIU Brooklyn (9/25)... A season-high three of 12 shots took place vs. Drexel (9/16)... Season-high two shots on goal were recorded against Ohio and LIU Brooklyn... Earned the first two defensive saves of her career by collecting one vs. Indiana (9/5) and at Boston University (9/11).

 Tied for No. 2 on the team with one game-winning goal... Started 12 of 20 games played... Scored her first goal of the season at Hofstra (9/13), then hit the game-winner when the Aggies hosted Missouri State (9/26)... That game against the Bears gave her bragging rights among family members since she scored the decisive goal against her sister, who plays for Missouri State's field hockey team... Recorded her first career assist at Holy Cross (9/10)... Of her 11 shots, three were on goal.

2014: Earned her inaugural start vs. California (11/8)... Competed in 17 games... Scored her first collegiate goal in her first game played as an Aggie at Missouri State (9/4)... A season-high two of her five shots took place at UMass-Lowell (9/27).

SERRA HS '14: Earned one soccer and two field hockey letters while at Serra High School as a defender and midfielder respectively... Earned all-CIF second team, all-division and all-league first team honors as a junior... Collected first team all-CIF, all-division and all-Eastern League honors as a senior... Eastern League also named Young as its player of the year... Scored 15 goals in her final season at Serra... Her field hockey team captured CIF Division II titles every season with Young on roster... Four-year honor roll recipient.

PERSONAL: Daughter to Dr. Corrine Ancona-Young and Dr. Thomas Young... Older sister, Elizabeth, attends Missouri State... Attending a four-year university on an athletics scholarship is her proudest personal accomplishment... Not many people know that her dog has only one eye... Winning a CIF championship during her junior year is the highlight of her sports career (so far)... Mia Hamm is her sports hero... Thought UC Davis had an awesome campus and a great field hockey program; those were the main reasons why she chose UC Davis... Her favorite facility to play in is the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California... Dwight Schrute is her non-sports hero.
