HUNTINGTON BEACH HS '14: Earned varsity letters in field hockey and golf... As a field hockey forward, she recorded the second-highest number of goals and received scholar-athlete recognition... The Oilers' field hockey team collected a Sunset League, LAFHA and Southern Sectional championship in 2012... As a golfer, she was named team captain, team MVP and earned additional scholar-athlete honors... Graduated as scholar with distinction and State Seal of Biliteracy... Received Principal's Honor Roll accolades all four years... Participated in her school's National Honor Society from 2011-14.

PERSONAL: Born in Fountain Valley, California... Her parents are Dr. Josette and James Taglieri... Her older sister, Gina, attends Washington & Jefferson... Gina also competes for her school's field hockey team... Enjoys soccer, zumba, water aerobics, ceramics, drawing and writing... Being recruited to play field hockey at a Division I school is her proudest personal accomplishment... Most people do not know that she is 100 percent Italian...
