PERSONAL: Born in Fallbrook, California... Parents are Ana and Marco Arias... Both of her parents are teachers (first grade and high school history, respectively)... Ariana and Marco Antonio are her younger siblings... Most people do not know that her front tooth is fake; she was hit in the face warming up for her final game... Earning the District Superintendent's Award is her proudest personal accomplishment... East Coast field hockey teams are the best athletes she faced before arriving to UC Davis... Arias is the second freshman in school history to compete for FHS' varsity team... If she could play another sport at UC Davis, she would choose softball... The ability to score anywhere on the field is the one thing she would change about her sport... Running, walking her dog, spending time with friends and family are her favorite hobbies... Visiting Spain, exploring Aztec/Mayan pyramids and ziplining in South America are the top three things on her bucket list... The feeling of "family" within the team is the key reason why she chose to compete for UC Davis.
