2012 NCAA Seattle Regional Update

2012: MPSF CHAMPION in all-around, scoring season-high 38.725 at conference meet... Also finished T2nd in beam at 9.850, crushing previous best of 9.725 the week before... ALL-MPSF in allaround (38.070)... Second freshman all-arounder in school history to qualify for NCAA Regional, after Katie Yamamura in 2010... Hit season-best 9.700 on floor at MPSF Championships... Vault high was 9.700 in home opener with Air Force... Made all-around debut of 38.000 in home triangular with Cal & Seattle Pacific... Scored 38.450/38.625/38.725 in final three meets to secure region berth.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: National Honor Society student at St. Joseph HS, graduating in 2011... Competed for Pantheon School of Gymnastics for 13 years... Began competing at Level 10 in 2007... Reached Junior Olympic Nationals in 2008, 2010 and 2011; NIT in 2009... Placed 4th on vault, bars and all-around at Region 2 Championships in 2011... Two-time state champion... Executed a D-value bar element at 2008 JOs, entered into the Code of Points as a Montell.
