2007: Played in 14 games, starting 24... Filled in as goalie in MPSF tournament win over Saint Mary's after Hilary Harkins went down with injury... Posted 6 saves in her net debut... Finished year with 19 ground balls and 7 caused turnovers... Had season-best 4 GBs in wins over Saint Mary's and Bucknell.

2006: Started all 18 games on defense... Finished with 34 ground balls and caused turnovers... Posted season-high 5 GBs with a draw control and 2 steals at Denver (3/11).

2005: Started all 10 games played... Posted 22 ground balls with 9 caused turnovers... Best overall game was at Oregon: 4 GBs with 3 steals... Had one goal (vs. Marist) and one assist (vs. Longwood) for the year.

MT. CARMEL HS '04: Named to first teams for San Diego Section, North County Conference, San Diego Union Tribune and North County Times in each of her last two seasons... Also named to CIF All-Scholastic squads in each season... Selected to San Diego Senior All-Star team... Voted as team MVP as a senior, defensive MVP as a junior and sophomore, Most Inspirational as a freshman... Played for Pacific Regional Team at US Lacrosse nationals in 2002 and 2003... Also starred in basketball, capturing All-Avocado League honorable mention and earning nod to Lady Baron Optimist all-tournament squad... Hoop team went 24-1, won league and advanced to CIF-SDS final in 2004... Won school's Outstanding Athlete of the Year award.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, Calif.... Majoring in international relations... Parents are Rito & Carlotta Santos... Older sister, Rhianna, attends UC Riverside... Lists her parents and her sister as non-sports heroes... Nicknamed "Ness"... Proudest personal accomplishment was the first time she earned a spot on the Pacific National Team, competing against more than 90 hopefuls.
