DAVIS, Calif. - The UC Davis women's soccer program will host a one-day Player ID Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 27 for girls ages 14 and up, focusing on field player and goalkeeper training, and competition.
The intensive Player ID (identification) clinic is open to individuals and teams. Cost for individuals is $130 prior to Oct. 8.
The clinic will also emphasize techinical and tactical instruction from the Aggies' NCAA Division I coaching staff, utilizing small-sided and full-side games along with skill instruction.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., instruction starts at 10:30 and a 7 v 7 tournament takes place at 11:40. An 11 v 11 tournament is also included and starts at 3 p.m. with the clinic scheduled to end at 5:30.
Registration costs include all instruction and a UC Davis t-shirt. Written evaluations will be provided to high school juniors and older only and available via email after Nov. 3, per NCAA rules.
The cost for individuals is $140 after Oct. 8.
