2007: Played in 42 games, starting 40... Saw action at catcher in 19 contests... Batted .187 (20-for-107) with 17 runs scored... Had 3 multi-hit games... Hit 3 homers for the year, including two vs. Pac-10 Conference teams (vs. Stanford on 3/25, Cal on 4/25)... Scored a run with 3 RBI vs. Southern Utah at UNLV Desert Classic (2/17)... With 9 career homers, needs one more to enter school's top 10.

2006: ALL-DIV. I INDEPENDENT FIRST TEAM... Started all 54 games, playing catcher in 35 and serving as DP in 19... Led team in doubles (8), slugging (.434) and total bases (66)... Shared team lead in homers (5) and RBIs (26)... Batted .283 (43-for-152) for the year... Won back-to-back two D-I Independent Player of the Week awards on 3/8 and 3/15... Hit 3-for-3 with pair of doubles and 3 RBIs vs. Loyola-Chicago (3/4), then was 2-for-2 with solo homer vs. Oregon State (3/5) to claim first such honor... Batted .444 (8-for-18) with 6 RBIs the following week to repeat the award... Homered in first and fifth innings of 7-5 win over Utah State in opener of UNLV Desert Classic (2/16)... Had 12 multi-hit games, 7 multi-RBI games.

2005: Started 47 of 51 games played... Appeared primarily at catcher, first base and second base, but also saw time in the outfield... Batted 26-for-132 (.197) with 6 doubles... Stole 3 bases on 4 attempts... Tallied 6 sacrifice hits... Had 3 multi-hit games... Went 2-for-3 with first collegiate homer vs. UC Riverside (4/23)... Batted 4-for-11 in that three-game series with the Highlanders (4/23-4/24).

ESPERANZA HS '04: Won first-team All-Sunset League accolades in each of her junior and senior years, plus second-team honors as a sophomore... Helped team reach Southern Section final in 2001... Won Scholar-Athlete honors all four years... Played ASA ball for Gold Orange County Batbusters in Santa Ana... Team finished 2nd at 2002 nationals then won the title in 2003.

PERSONAL: Born in Orange, Calif.... Majoring in psychology, with a biology emphasis (psychobiology)... Hoping for career as an FBI criminal profiler... Parents are Chris & Jennifer Johnson... Best facility she's played in was the ASA Hall of Fame Complex in Oklahoma City... Career highlight was winning the 2003 ASA title with her club team.
