Had 5 straight multi-hit games beginning with 4-for-5 outing vs. Bakersfield (5/1)... Hit 12-for-18 during that span... Posted 3B, 3 RBI vs. Western New Mexico (4/21)... Recorded 8 sacrifice hits.

2000: HONORABLE MENTION ALL-CCAA... Started 53 games... Went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI at Hayward in Pioneer Classic (3/24)... Also had 3 hits, 3 RBI vs. West Florida at NCAA Championships... Had 6 multi-hit games in all... Continued to be tough strikeout, fanning just 5 times in 152 plate appearances.

1999: SECOND TEAM ALL-CCAA... SECOND TEAM ALL-WEST REGION... Hit only HR against Bakersfield (3/14) in regional tournament... Went 3-for-3 three times: vs. Sonoma (3/12), Chaminade (3/27) and Bakersfield (4/9)... Had five games with 2 RBI each... 11 multi-hit games... Went 9-for-16 during five-game hitting streak (4/3-4/16)... Struck out just 4 times in 148 at-bats.

CLAYTON HS ?98: Was softball catcher all four years... Led team in hits, runs scored, RBIs, singles, doubles and home runs all four years... Named All-Bay Valley Athletic League each season.

PERSONAL: Born Mar. 5, 1980 in Walnut Creek, Calif... Psychology major... Made honor roll every quarter last year... Career highlight was getting a base hit as part of an area all-star team that played against the U.S. Olympic team in July 2001... Played for California Grapettes.
