2003: Started 61 of her 62 appearances, mostly at shortstop... Batted .265 (45-for-170) with 31 runs scored and 12 sacrifice hits... Blasted first collegiate homer vs. Stanislaus (4/27), a two-run shot off Jackie Miller in the 4th inning... Hit 3-for-3 with 2 steals in home opener vs. Augustana (2/5)... Went 2-for-2 with a double, homer and 3 RBI in home finale vs. Sonoma State (5/4)... Had 10 multi-hit games, including two at nationals.
2002: Arguably the team's most versatile player, having played second base, shortstop and even a pair of relief appearances at pitcher... Served most duty at second, recording a .976 fielding average in 23 games (82 chances)... Also played 15 games at short... Posted streak of 63 consecutive chances without an error from 4/12-5/11... Stole 6 bases in as many attempts... Fanned two Santa Clara batters in an inning for her first collegiate pitching appearance (2/13)... Fired 3.0 scoreless innings vs. Dominguez Hills (3/26).
2001: Played 9 games as a reserve infielder... Fielded 11 chances without an error... Had lone hit vs. Bethany in Stanislaus' tourney (2/3).
BEAR RIVER HS '00: Selected first-team All-Sierra Foothill League in 1999 and 2000... Also picked for North Optimist team... Pitched four years for Bear River... Also earned four letters in cross country, qualifying for state championships as a junior and senior... Played two seasons of JV basketball.
PERSONAL: Born Aug. 15, 1982 in Auburn, Calif... Majoring in communication... Parents are Robert & Susan Roark... Plans to teach elementary school... Played ASA ball for California Fire & Ice... Once threw a perfect game in high school... Nicknamed "Scout" and "Duck"... Traveled to Italy in summer of 2000... Older sister, Lauren Rochholz, is a UC Davis alumna.
