WINDSOR HS '11: All-Sonoma County League (SCL) in each season at Windsor ... All-Empire First Team honoree following sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... SCL MVP during sophomore season when she earned a .474 batting average to go with 37 hits and 16 RBIs ... Batted .506 with nine doubles, six triples, five home runs and 23 RBIs as a junior ... Totaled 147 in four years as the starting varsity shortstop at Windsor, while also excelling in basketball and volleyball ... Led Windsor's offense with a .545 batting average, .766 slugging percentage, 42 hits, 25 RBIs, 12 doubles, a triple and a homer during her senior season ... Earned Scholar Athlete awards for softball and basketball in each of her first three seasons, while also earning it once for volleyball ... Played travel ball for California Haze Gold, coached by Phil Wright. PERSONAL: Born in Santa Rosa, Calif.... Parents are John and Julie Tyler... Has two sisters, Michelle and Lauren... Transferred to UC Davis because of great academics, the campus and the softball team... Plans to work in a health field as a career. |
