Softball Sets Fall Schedule

DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis softball finalized its fall schedule and will compete in four games throughout the month of October as released by head coach Karen Yoder Monday.

The first of two scheduled doubleheaders will take place at the 10th annual Battle of the Bay Collegiate Softball Tournament hosted by the California College Umpires in Hayward, Calif. Taking place on Oct. 12, the Aggies will face Cal and Fresno State that day in games that will start at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively.

Both games will take place at the Alden E. Oliver Sports Park of Hayward, click here to access directions and/or a map to the facility.

Two weeks later, UC Davis will complete its fall slate with two home games, against Sonoma State, on Oct. 26. Action from La Rue Field will begin at 12 p.m.

All but four players from last year's roster, one that set a new all-time stolen base record, recorded the second-lowest team ERA in the Division I era and became the first Big West team in 13 years to defeat nationally ranked Stanford in consecutive seasons will return to Davis this fall.
