2015-16: INTERCOLLEGIATE TENNIS ASSOCIATION ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... BIG WEST ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM... Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) member... Missed most of the season due to injury... Won three of her first four singles matches after returning from a lengthy hiatus... Her first singles victory was a three-setter... Posted a 3-4 singles record; all seven matches took place during dual play... Recorded records of 1-2, 2-1 and 0-1 at singles No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6... Finished the season with a 4-8 overall record, all played during the spring season... Dropped her only doubles match played at No. 2, but collected all four of her victories, at No. 3, with Kamila Kecki as her partner.

2014-15: ITA SCHOLAR-ATHLETE... Ended her second season at UC Davis with an 18-10 overall singles and an 18-9 doubles record... Won a team-high 16 dual singles matches... Competed at position Nos. 3-6, but competed primarily at No. 4... Won one singles dual at No. 3, six at No. 4, three at No. 5 and all six played at No. 6... Won all three three-set singles matches... Including her six wins at No. 6 last year, in as many appearances, Sleiffer is undefeated at that position... She and doubles partner Kamila Kecki won two of three matches at No. 2 and 13 of 18 at No. 3... Won a career-high nine singles matches in a row at one point of the season... Also built a four-match win streak in the latter portion of the season... Ended the season with six singles wins in her last eight matches and seven doubles wins in her last 10 played... She and Kecki built two five-match win streaks throughout the season... Advanced to the White Doubles semifinals at the Saint Mary's Fall Invite (10/27) with partner Kamila Kecki.

ITA SCHOLAR-ATHLETE... Won all six singles matches... Competed in the No. 6 singles slot... Four of her six wins were earned in straight-set shutout fashion, earned against UC Riverside (2/17), Sonoma State (3/2), Eastern Washington (3/26) and Cal State Stanislaus (3/28)... Split her two doubles matches played with Tiffany Pham... Both doubles contests took place during fall competition at the Saint Mary's Invitational... Lone doubles victory was earned against Gonzaga's Melanie Yates and Sissi Koehler.

BRITISH SCHOOL OF BRUSSELS '13: Attended the British School of Brussels from 2006-13.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Maria van Acker and JJ Sleiffer... Her greatest personal accomplishment took place when she earned her IB diploma with 39/45 points... Not many people know that she is Dutch, but has never lived in the Netherlands... Before arriving to Davis, Sleiffer has lived in Brussels, Athens, London and Frankfurt... Her career athletics highlight took place when she won the ITF juniors doubles tournament, a victory that led to an international ranking... Also loves to swim... Enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and shopping...Kim Clijsters, for coming back after she had a child to win the Australian Open, is her sports hero... Is planning to continue her education and pursue an MBA... Chose UC Davis because of the way her future teammates and Coach Maze welcomed her. She felt like she was already part of the team during her official visit and decided that there was no other option but Davis after that... Also chose UC Davis due to its amazing academic programs... Her favorite facility is located in Doha, Qatar, at the tennis compound that hosted the Masters World Tour... After earning an MBA, she plans to become fluent in five languages in order to work at for a large enterprise, company or philanthropic organization... Would love to visit China... As a member of her club team, she was once ranked 900 in the world in the ITF juniors, captured an ITF U15 and U18 doubles title... advanced to four ITF semifinals... Earned a No. 58 Belgium seniors ranking.
