Rain Turns Match Into Two-Day Affair

HONOLULU - Saturday's Big West Conference match between UC Davis and Hawai'i was postponed for five hours due to rain. The match started with singles play, but then was delayed once again due to inclement weather. The teams tried to restart at around 6 p.m. HT/9 p.m. PT, but another round of rain showers led to the decision that the match will be continued on Sunday morning at 8/11 a.m., at the UH Tennis Complex.

No. 2 Xenia Suworowa (UH) leading Melissa Kobayakawa (UCD): 6-2, 1-1
No. 3 Layla Sanders (UCD) leading Martina Kostalova (UH): 6-3, (15-30)
No. 4 Paulina Petriskova (UH) leading Tiffany Pham (UCD): 6-3
No. 5. Sarah Gealer (UH) leading Nicole Koehly (UCD):  6-2, 1-1
No. 6 Kelsey Daguio (UH) leading Kamila Kecki (UCD): 6-3, 1-1

A round of doubles will take place only if needed to break a tie due to the Aggies' travel situation.
