BURROUGHS HS ’01: Set school records in the 400, 800, 4x100 and 4x400... Placed 7th (2:2.27) in 800 at Southern Section meet as a senior... Took 6th (2:19.85) in that event as a sophomore... Voted MVP and team captain three straight years... Earned All-Desert Sky League honors all four years in soccer... Won Principal’s Award as her class’ best athlete.
