2016: One of two true freshmen (along with Annie Kutt) to play in all 30 games... Scored 10 goals with 6 assists, 13 steals and 11 blocked shots in 396 minutes played... Played season-high 34 minutes at UC Santa Barbara (4/9)... Posted 2 steals and 2 field blocks the next day at CSUN (4/10)...Scored a goal with a steal and a block in 8-6 upset of then-No. 6 California (3/5)... Earned ACWPC All-Academic (Excellent category).
CLOVIS HS '15: Helped Cougars reach Central Section championship for three straight years, including title in 2013... Scored 71 goals with 40 steals that year... Earned second-team NISCA All-America as a junior, third-team as a senior, adding All-CS and All-Tri-River Athletic Conference distinction in each... Selected as school's overall female Athlete of the Year in 2014-15... Claimed USAWP All-Academic all four years, graduating as a salutatorian with honors... Played five seasons for Clovis WPC.
PERSONAL: Born in Clovis, Calif.... Majoring in statistics... Parents are Brian & Jennifer Hauss, both 1992 UC Davis grads... Oldest of three siblings, along with Graham and Andrew... Title of her autobiography: I'm Kind Of A Big Deal In Clovis... Among the best athletes she has faced is current teammate Hannah Harvey... True to her major, favorite class was calculus while her career plans are as an actuary or math teacher.
